We primarily service the aerospace industry, we work with stringent tolerances. Tolerances can range from +/-0.002” through +/-0.005”. We perform “manual” inspections of all tooling–and are also capable of providing customers with (CMM) inspection.
CAD DESIGN
It all begins with an idea—We are capable of generating CAD models/designs based on blueprints, or general ideas/ concepts/ dimensions presented. We are also capable of making modifications to existing CAD models presented by the customer.

Fixtures & Wax Tooling.
We specialize in inspection/ targeting/ machining fixtures and wax tooling for the investment casting aerospace industry. Tooling and fixtures are dimensionally inspected to meet tolerances!

We can help with the design and manufacturing of Hot Straightening Fixtures, targeting fixtures, inspection fixtures, wax tooling, and jigs.
Hogout Machining.
If you have a blueprint, we can machine it. We can support 1-off parts, production quantities, and rapid prototyping with dimensions as large as 121” x 61”.

Casting Machining.
We support the aerospace industry with castings machining, targeting, and reworking to stringent tolerances. This can range from +/-0.002” through +/-0.005”.
If you can cast it, we can machine it.
We can machine, target, and rework your castings. We will help you with any fixtures and logistics planning to make sure we have a successful project. We can work with superalloys (Inconel 718), aluminum, steel, and most other materials commonly seen in the casting industry.
